Shipping is completely free on all Physical Tattoo Gift Vouchers.Each voucher is securely packaged and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most UK orders arrive within 2–5 business days. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout to avoid delays or disappointment—especially if the voucher is intended as a gift for a special occasion.

Terms & Conditions – AoTattoos Physical Gift Vouchers

1. Non-Refundable Purchase

All AoTattoos Physical Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. Once purchased, they cannot be returned, exchanged for cash, or cancelled.

2. Voucher Validity

Each voucher is valid for the duration stated on the voucher itself. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended unless otherwise approved by AoTattoos.

3. Redemption

Vouchers can only be redeemed for tattoo services provided by AoTattoos at Stag & Bones Tattoo

Appointments must be made in advance

4. Booking Requirements

A voucher does not guarantee an appointment on a specific date. Clients must follow the standard booking process and meet all booking requirements, including age verification (18+ with valid photo ID).

5. Non-Transferable

Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the person named on the voucher unless prior agreement is given by AoTattoos.

6. Lost or Damaged Vouchers

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Please keep your voucher safe.

7. Partial Use

If the tattoo cost exceeds the voucher value, the remaining amount must be paid by the client.If the tattoo cost is less than the voucher value, no cash change will be given.

8. Eligibility

Vouchers cannot be used for aftercare products, merchandise, or guest artists unless agreed beforehand.

9. Right to Refuse Service

AoTattoos reserves the right to refuse a tattoo if the requested design, placement, or client condition is unsuitable or unsafe.

10. Agreement

By purchasing or redeeming a voucher, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
